New York Attorney General Letitia James has confirmed the convictions of 31 individuals involved in two significant drug trafficking operations spanning Central New York and the North Country.

The investigation was led by the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force in collaboration with the Syracuse Police Department.

Authorities seized over 150,000 envelopes filled with fentanyl or a fentanyl-heroin mix—valued at more than $500,000—along with nearly a pound of methamphetamine and a quarter-kilogram of cocaine.

The convicted individuals operated across Onondaga, Oswego, Cortland, Jefferson, and St. Lawrence counties and have all pleaded guilty.

In connection with their pleas in Onondaga County Court, the defendants surrendered more than $25,000 in drug proceeds and two vehicles used in the transport and distribution of narcotics.
