A 21-year-old man is in custody at the Riley County Jail after being arrested Tuesday night on charges related to rape and aggravated sexual battery.
Authorities identified the suspect as Gavin Gregory Haberman of Manhattan.
Riley County police arrested Haberman around 10:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of Jarvis Drive, acting on a warrant issued by the Riley County District Court.
He was booked into the Riley County Jail and is being held on a $70,000 bond as of Wednesday afternoon.
No further information has been released at this time.
