On Tuesday, November 5th, the Seward County Sheriff’s Office carried out search warrants at six residences in the city of Liberal. The purpose of these warrants was to target a cocaine distribution ring that had been operating and distributing significant quantities of cocaine within the city. As a result of the operation, law enforcement officials were able to seize approximately 6 pounds of cocaine. Additionally, three individuals were arrested in connection with this illegal drug activity.
The Seward County Sheriff’s Office is dedicated to taking a strong stance against criminal organizations that distribute dangerous drugs within the community. They are determined to relentlessly pursue these organizations and put an end to their activities.
The Seward County Sheriff’s Office received assistance from several law enforcement agencies during the operation, including the Liberal Police Department, Haskell County Sheriff’s Department, Meade County Sheriff’s Office, and Stanton County Sheriff’s Office.
