Colt J. Draggoo, 22, of Kansas City, was sentenced on Thursday, April 24, by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri. He was convicted for his role in a conspiracy to sell fentanyl and admitted to brokering the sale of hundreds of fentanyl pills.
Court records reveal that Draggoo pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. This admission confirms that he sold fentanyl pills and collected money on behalf of his brother, co-defendant Tiger D. Draggoo.
Between December 29, 2021, and October 22, 2022, Draggoo facilitated or personally sold over 260 fentanyl pills for Tiger. He is the third defendant to be sentenced in the case. Three additional individuals have pleaded guilty and are awaiting their sentencing.
