Law enforcement authorities in Finney County are currently conducting an investigation into three individuals who are suspected of involvement in drug-related activities.
According to a media release, a search warrant was executed at 401 Emmanuel Drive Apt. 3 in Holcomb by the Finney County Sheriff’s Office/Garden City Police Department Joint Drug Task Force and Holcomb Police Department on January 15.
An ongoing investigation into the activities of the apartment’s residents led to the execution of a search warrant. The search of the residence uncovered Methamphetamine and various items linked to the illegal distribution of controlled substances. As a result, the following individuals were arrested and taken to the Finney County Jail.
Danyl Rodriguez, a 39-year-old resident of Holcomb, was apprehended on multiple charges. These charges include distributing stimulants within a school zone, possessing drug paraphernalia for distribution, unlawfully acquiring proceeds from drug transactions, using a communication device to facilitate felony drug violations, possessing drug paraphernalia for personal use, and interfering with law enforcement as well as destroying evidence.
Larry Briscoe Jr., a 45-year-old resident of Holcomb, was taken into custody based on charges that included possessing a stimulant with a prior conviction and possessing drug paraphernalia.
Zuleyca Beatriz Perez-Gomez, a 30-year-old resident of Dodge City, was taken into custody on charges of Interference with a law enforcement officer and obstructing, resisting, or opposing the service or execution of a felony warrant.
