A man and woman from Kansas face charges in Wichita for their alleged involvement in a series of bank robberies where they used a firearm, according to a criminal complaint.

Zane Tilcock, a 20-year-old resident of Wichita, is facing three charges of bank robbery, as stated in court documents. Similarly, Emily Wise, an 18-year-old from Wichita, is also charged with one count of bank robbery.

Tilcock stands accused of using a firearm to commit robberies at three different banks in December of 2024. According to reports, he targeted Intrust Bank on South Webb Road in Wichita on December 11, Emprise Bank on East Harry Street in Wichita on December 16, and Sunflower Bank on North Jefferson Street in Junction City on December 27.

On December 16, 2024, Wise allegedly committed a robbery at Emprise Bank in Wichita.

The FBI, Wichita Police Department, Junction City Police Department, and the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating the case.

The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Kari Burks.
