Man Wanted for Privacy Breach in Kansas Arrested in Missouri

A 23-year-old man accused of distributing private photos and videos without consent in Kansas has been apprehended in Missouri and extradited to face charges.

According to Jackson County Circuit Court records, Noah D. Oliver was located and arrested in Kansas City, Missouri, on Dec. 23. The charges stem from an August 2023 incident in Olathe, Kansas, where Oliver allegedly shared private images or videos without authorization.

A breach of privacy charge was filed against Oliver in September 2023. Following his arrest, Oliver waived extradition, allowing his transfer to Kansas, where he was jailed on Dec. 26. Court records from Johnson County, Kansas, show that Oliver’s $5,000 bond has since been posted.

Authorities have not released further details regarding the case.
