Fatal crash in Kansas City leaves one dead and one seriously injured

A tragic car crash at the intersection of Winner Road and Hardesty Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri has claimed the life of one person, while another individual is left with serious injuries.

On December 26, the Kansas City Police Department reported that a black BMW was speeding down Hardesty Avenue. Unfortunately, the car veered across the double yellow line and collided with both a traffic median and a metal traffic signal.

The vehicle drove up a grassy hill and then crashed into a private driveway, colliding with a building.

The driver died at the scene, while the passenger was hospitalized in a stable condition with serious injuries. The investigation is still underway.

A charge of sexual misconduct has been filed after apartment cameras captured a nude excursion.
