Carrice Profit, 19, is in custody at the Sedgwick County Jail, suspected of second-degree murder in connection with the Halloween night shooting of 13-year-old Donald Williams. Williams was fatally shot at a QuikTrip located at Central and Hillside, where another teenager was also critically injured.

Police report that Profit is the cousin of 19-year-old Jermall Campbell, who faces several charges, including felony murder, for his alleged role in Williams’ death. Campbell is still at large and is considered armed and dangerous, according to law enforcement. Authorities are continuing their search and advise the public to exercise caution.
