Two local agencies in Washington State are currently investigating the unlawful killings of two wolves. In an effort to gather information about these incidents, one of the agencies has even offered a reward.
One adult male wolf was killed on October 6th, east of the Klickitat River near Highway 142 and Goldendale in Klickitat County, according to UFWS. Additionally, UFWS reported that an adult female wolf was found dead two weeks later, southwest of Twisp in Okanogan County.

The UFWS has announced a reward of up to $10,000 for any information that could potentially result in an arrest, criminal conviction, or civil penalty assessment in relation to each case.
