3 People Were Injured After A Car Crashed Into An Ohio Bob Evans Restaurant

Two juveniles and an adult were taken to the hospital on Sunday morning following an incident where a vehicle collided with the front of a Bob Evans restaurant in southeast Columbus, Ohio.

The incident occurred just before noon at the Bob Evans at 4019 Hamilton Square Boulevard, near U.S. Route 33 and South Hamilton Road.

According to Columbus Fire Battalion Chief Jeffrey Geitter, the driver was among the three injured individuals.

The two young individuals, who were seated inside the restaurant at the time of the accident, were immediately transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital for medical attention. Similarly, the driver involved in the crash was promptly taken to Mount Carmel East Hospital for treatment.

The impact of the collision resulted in the table being pushed into the juveniles, as confirmed by the police.

The authorities promptly cleared the scene and removed the vehicle around 12:30 p.m.

It is still unclear whether the driver will be charged by the authorities, and no further information has been provided at this moment.
