A man is accused of raping and kidnapping a woman for three days.

Authorities have charged Marshun Foxx with aggravated rape and very aggravated kidnapping.

On Tuesday at around 5 p.m., Memphis police responded to a report on Townes Street.

The woman told police that on October 4, Foxx approached her on Jackson Avenue and Orchi Road in North Memphis in a gray vehicle and abducted her. The police investigation revealed that Foxx held her captive in a shed outside a barbershop for the entire weekend.

Along with raping her, Foxx is accused of assaulting and burning the woman’s back.
