Police in Lakewood are currently investigating the death of a man in the Ocean County township.
According to Lakewood police Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith, the individual who was seemingly targeted is a 23-year-old Hispanic man.
According to the Lakewood Scoop, they reported that his body was discovered hanging in a tree on Sunday morning at around 7 a.m.
The location where the victim’s body was discovered has not been disclosed by authorities. Furthermore, the identity of the victim has not been made public.
