12-Year-Old PA Girl Who Went Missing on Her Way to Church, Found Safe in Delaware: State Police

Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday afternoon, September 30, that they have found a 12-year-old girl who had been missing from her home for over 24 hours.

Bethany Kimber Reeves, a 12-year-old resident of Spruce Road in Quincy Township, Franklin County, was last spotted on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 10:15 a.m., as stated by PSP Trooper Megan Frazer in the release. According to the information in the missing persons database, she was on her way to church.

According to the information in the database, it was believed that she had connected with someone online. Authorities suspected that she might have been in Kentucky, West Virginia, or Ohio, or on her way to one of these states.

However, around 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 30, Reeves “was safely located in Delaware.” “The circumstances are still being investigated but will not be released at this time,” Trooper Frazer stated.
