An anonymous winner from Mansfield is celebrating after winning the Billion scratch-off game.

The Valero, located at 750 Lexington Avenue in Mansfield, sold the winning ticket.

After the required federal and state taxes totaling 28%, the winner will receive approximately $7,200.

An anonymous winner from Euclid is also rejoicing after winning the $10,000 top prize in the Gold Fish scratch-off game.

The winner obtained their ticket from CJ’s Beverage, located at 23886 Lakeshore Boulevard in Euclid.

After the same necessary federal and state taxes, the Euglid winner will get approximately $7,200.

The Billion is a $50 scratch-off with a grand prize of $1 million. Gold Fish is a $2 scratch-off game with a $10,000 jackpot.
