2 Arrested Following May Assault In Connecticut

Connecticut State Police have announced the arrest of two individuals in connection with an assault that took place in May in Thompson, Conn, according to abc6.

39-year-old Ruben Field from Putnam and 46-year-old Shawn Audet from Brooklyn face charges of breach of the peace and conspiracy to commit assault.

In addition to that, Field faced charges of assaulting an elderly individual.

During the incident, the victim was taken to a nearby hospital where the police were informed that the victim had been attacked by the two suspects using metal objects.

Audet was taken into custody on July 29, whereas Field was apprehended on Aug. 23.

They both faced charges and were brought before a court on the same day they were apprehended.
