A tragic incident unfolded in the Loris area as a young 20-year-old lost their life on Sunday due to a shooting. According to the authorities, multiple individuals were involved in this unfortunate incident.

Anari “Nari” As-Sabur, a resident of Loris, tragically passed away at a local hospital on Monday as a result of injuries sustained in the shooting incident near Wright Road. Horry County Deputy Coroner Michelle McSpadden confirmed this heartbreaking news in an email.

According to a police report, a shooting involving multiple individuals occurred near the South Carolina/North Carolina border around 6 p.m. The Horry County Police promptly responded to the incident.
