The FBI is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted for multiple counts of rape and sexual misconduct.
The FBI is seeking Nehemiah Garcia, 21, for his alleged involvement in the rape of an 8-year-old victim. The FBI reports that on June 13, a male lured the girl into the showers at a Delaware YMCA, where he kept her against her will and assaulted her. Garcia later recognized the male.
Two charges of first-degree rape resulting in injury and two counts of dangerous felony against a child under the age of fourteen led to the issuance of an arrest warrant for Garcia on June 2. Garcia faced accusations of unauthorized flight to avoid prosecution, leading to the issuance of a federal arrest warrant on July 29.
Garcia is 5’9″ with black hair, brown eyes, and black skin. People claim that he has connections to Philadelphia and Cape Coral, Florida.
