Jersey City Police Officers Apprehended After Off Duty Incident

On Thursday, two off-duty Jersey City Police Officers were taken into custody for their involvement in an incident where they, along with another man carrying a baseball bat, allegedly entered a private residence in Jersey City and threatened to harm several people.

Esther Suarez, the Prosecutor for Hudson County, has announced that Adrian Tejada, aged 28, and Robert Nunez, aged 41, are facing charges of three counts of Terroristic Threats.

According to a statement released on Friday, the occurrence happened on Sunday, January 28.

At the age of 45, Mario Alberto was taken into police custody. He faced charges for possessing a baseball bat for an unlawful purpose, burglary, and unlawful possession of a weapon (baseball bat).
