Nikki Haley releases delegates and encourages support for Donald Trump

On Tuesday, former Governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley, announced that she has released the delegates she secured during her Republican primary campaign. She is now urging them to support former President Donald Trump.

In a statement, Haley emphasized the importance of Republican unity during the nominating convention. She stated that Joe Biden is not fit to serve a second term and that Kamala Harris would be detrimental for the country.

In her speech, Haley emphasized the importance of having a President who can hold our enemies accountable, secure our borders, reduce our debt, and revive our economy. She urged her delegates to lend their support to Trump at the upcoming nominating convention.

On Monday, the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee will play host to the beginning of the four-day Republican National Convention.

After competing in the Super Tuesday primaries on March 5th, Haley’s bid for the GOP nomination for president came to a close when she failed to win any states except Vermont, ultimately securing only 97 delegates. Haley announced the end of her campaign just one day after this disappointing outcome.

According to Haley, she has decided not to attend the GOP convention.

According to her spokesperson, Chaney Denton, Haley did not receive an invitation to the convention. However, she is not bothered by this and believes that Trump should have the convention he desires.

According to Denton, Haley has expressed her intention to vote for him and has conveyed her best wishes for his success.

To become the official Republican presidential candidate, Trump must secure a simple majority of the estimated 2,429 delegates attending the GOP convention. It’s worth noting that Trump is the first U.S. president to have been convicted of a felony.

The United Center in Chicago will be hosting the Democratic Party National Convention from August 19 to 22.
