Iron Insurance Partners recently announced that Nancy Novack has joined the firm as a partner.
Novack brings several years’ experience working with service teams in the insurance industry and has a strong background in agribusiness and agricultural economics. She joined Iron Insurance in 2016 after working for 17 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, where she held various roles in internal audit and rural studies research.

As a partner, Novack will continue to serve as the Chief Production Officer and provide leadership and guidance to the personal lines and agribusiness service teams.
