The Garden City Community College Music Department will host two concerts inside the Pauline Joyce Fine Arts Auditorium this week.
Tonight at 7 p.m., the department will present the Spring 2023 Small Ensembles Concert, featuring Woodwind Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, Percussion Ensemble, and Jazz Band, directed by Makenzi Johnson.
On Thursday, May 4, at 7 p.m., the orchestra and band concert will feature “Classics of the Past, Music of the Present,” directed by Renee Carmichael, CJ Johnson, and Makenzi Johnson.
All are invited to attend these free and open to the public events.
