The 43rd Annual Garden City Community College Endowment Association Phonathon is underway now through Oct. 13.
GCCC students will make calls and request donations from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday over the next two weeks in the Logan Aviation Endowment Room inside the Beth Tedrow Student Center at GCCC.
The event would not be possible without United Wireless and their contribution of phones and airtime necessary to conduct the Phonathon.
All donations benefit GCCC students in both academic and technical programs in the form of scholarship funds.
Those who don’t receive a call during the event may make donations to the GCCC Endowment Association by check (payable to GCCC Endowment Association) and be mailed/dropped off at 801 Campus Drive, Garden City, KS 67846.
