
St. Catherine Hospital is calling on the community to help with donations of various items the facility is in need of. Listed are the items the hospital needs AND can accept:
SUPPLIES ABLE TO ACCEPT:
-Boxed masks and N95s (single or used masks cannot
be accepted)
-Gloves that are still in manufacturer packaging
-Packaged gowns or rain ponchos with sleeves
-Face shields (must include eye protection and be
labeled as surgical, isolation, dental, or -medical procedure face shields)
OTHER WAYS TO HELP:
-Deliver catered local food for on-duty caregivers (homemade food cannot be
accepted).
-Individual wrapped snacks are LOVED by our caregivers. For larger donations, please
call ahead.
-Assemble care packages for
our caregivers who are working long hours and may not have time or resources to
obtain essential items for personal use, including items such as:
o Shelf-stable food staples
o Toilet paper and other paper goods
o Home cleaning supplies
-Sign up to donate blood. The Chamber and United Way are working hard to host a
drive in April.
-Check on an at-risk neighbor, Exchange phone numbers, Stick to a daily,
check-in call, Run an urgent errand if needed.
St. Catherine has set up a drop off box at the north Emergency Room entrance. It is open from 8 am to 8 pm, Monday through Saturday.
