Jagels earns Kansas real estate broker’s license

GARDEN CITY — Shanna Jagels, a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Shoppe, recently earned her Kansas Real Estate Broker’s License from the Kansas Real Estate Commission, the governing body for real estate in Kansas.

Real estate professionals who receive their broker’s license have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in real estate.

Jagels, a licensed salesperson since 2007, has also received her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations through the National Association of Realtors, as well as her Electronic Professional (E-Pro) and Short Sales and Foreclosures (SFR) certifications.  Jagels is a member of the Garden City Board of REALTORS® and is their current MLS Committee Chairman for the second consecutive year.

Jagels has been fully trained to use the latest cutting edge technologies and is a specialist in helping clients and customers maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

“Earning my broker’s license is a big milestone. I have been working on fulfilling the education, testing, and screening requirements for the last year now and it has taken many years to complete the transactions and gain the experience needed,” she said. “I believe it definitely takes another level of commitment and professionalism to obtain this level of distinction.”
