The Garden City High School drama department will present The Heart of Robin Hood at 7 p.m. April 25 – 27, and a 2:30 p.m. matinee on April 28 in the Garden City High School auditorium, 2720 Buffalo Way Blvd.
This play is appropriate for all audiences; however there is some comical violence and some mild language for parents of young children.
Tickets are $20 for a family pass (admits 4 people), $10 for adults and $5 for students at the door.

Tickets may be purchased using cash, credit card, or check will be accepted, at the door prior to the show. The box office will open one hour before the show begins.
Synopsis: The notorious Robin Hood and his band of outlaws steal from the rich, creating a fearsome reputation amongst those who dare to travel through the mighty Forest of Sherwood. But they do not share their spoils with the poor and are unloved by the people, who must also pay unfair taxes to the evil Prince John as he plots to steal his brother’s crown. In this time of chaos and fear, it is down to Marion to boldly protect the poor and convince Robin that he must listen to his heart if they are to save the country. (www.rsc.com)
